All services are provided based on client requirements and agreed project specifications.
All quotations provided by Bright Exhibit are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
A project will commence only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.
The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery/installation.
Payments must be made via approved modes (bank transfer, cheque, or other agreed methods).
Project timelines will be discussed and confirmed at the time of agreement.
Delays caused by client-side approvals, content/material submissions, or unforeseen circumstances may extend delivery timelines.
Clients are entitled to [1–2] rounds of revisions depending on the service scope.
Final approval of designs/prints must be provided in writing (email/official letter) before production.
Once approved and in production, changes may incur additional charges.
For projects requiring installation (e.g., signages, large format printing), our team will coordinate a suitable schedule with the client.
Any site readiness issues (power, access, permissions) are the client’s responsibility.
Delivery charges may apply based on project location.
All concepts, designs, and materials created by Bright Exhibit remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the final approved deliverables become the client’s property.
Bright Exhibit reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials.
While we strive for perfection, Bright Exhibit is not liable for:
Delays caused by third-party vendors, suppliers, or external factors beyond our control.
Damages due to improper handling of installations by unauthorized personnel.
Misprints/errors in client-approved designs.
Any cancellation after project initiation will result in a non-refundable advance.
If work has already progressed beyond design/production, additional costs may be charged for materials and labor.
Both Bright Exhibit and the client agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information exchanged during the project.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.
